On Thursday, april 21st, for the celebration of the 2769th “Natale di Roma”, the “Musei in Comune di Roma Capitale” will be opened according to the ordinary opening hours and it will be possible to visit the museum collections for free. Among the events, you can see the exhibitions in program and, from 20 to 24 april, you can take part to several didactic activities and guided tours curated by the directors of the museums and the curators. You can enjoy the amusing activities made also for children like the treasure hunt in “Museo Bilotti”.
In occasione del 2769° Natale di Roma dal 20 al 24 aprile sarà possibile partecipare alle numerose attività didattiche e una serie di appuntamenti guidati dai curatori e direttori di museo.
Rome’s Night of Museums is back on Saturday, May 21, 2016: the most important Civic and State Museums of the city will stay open in the evening from 8 PM to 2 AM (last admission at 1 AM). With a symbolic admission ticket of € 1 (unless otherwise indicated) visitors will have access to museums and/or cultural spaces, visiting all the temporary and permanent exhibitions hosted therein, and attend concerts and live performances.
After the huge success of past years, the shows "Forum of Augustus” and “Forum of Caesar” by Piero Angela and Paco Lanciano return to the Imperial Fora area from April 22 to November 13, 2016.
